FlexTrim waterjet cutting machines -
optimally configurable for trimming a wide range of materials

In general, high pressure waterjet cutting is well suited for processing many types of material. A pure water jet is particularly useful for cutting heat sensitive and soft materials such as rubber or foam. That's why this process is often used in the automotive industry for trimming acoustic and insulation components as well as head liners and carpets.

FRIMO FlexTrim pure waterjet machines have been specially developed for such products. Different sizes and variants are available with one up to four robots and either a stationary or rotating table.
